Privacy
A plain-language summary of what LebanoMall stores and why.
Shoppers
You can browse and order without an account. Your cart (product IDs, quantities and any notes you add) is saved only in your browser's local storage on this device. When you review your cart, LebanoMall checks current prices and whether products are still listed; it does not keep your cart.
Orders on WhatsApp
Choosing "Order on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with a message addressed to the store. LebanoMall does not see or store the conversation, and payments are made directly to the store.
Store listing requests
When you send the "List your store" form we store your name, store name, WhatsApp number, optional email and message so our team can contact you about listing your store.
Technical data
Like most websites, our servers process technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and to limit abuse (for example rate limits on forms).
Contact
For any privacy question, contact the LebanoMall team using the details on our contact page.
